Return and refund policy

We want you (and your dog) to love every WoofSip product. If something isn't right, here's how we handle returns and refunds.

Return window

We accept returns within 30 days from the date you received your order. After this period, we are unable to accept returns.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

Unused and in the same condition as received.
In the original packaging with all tags attached.
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email).
Non-returnable items
Items that have been used, opened, or show signs of wear.
Personalized or custom-made products.
Items purchased on sale or during clearance events (unless defective).
Gift cards.
How to start a return

Email us at itswoofsip@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll get back to you within 48 hours with return instructions.

Shipping costs for returns

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as WoofSip is not responsible for items lost in transit on the way back to us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Defective or wrong items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at itswoofsip@gmail.com with photos of the product. In these cases, we will cover return shipping and send you a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
